1.Contract Engineer
2.Contract Officer
-Bachelor Diploma or higher in engineering or Business
-At least 3 years experience as a Contracts Engineer, ideally for Oil & Gas projects
-A high level of competence is required in the use MS Office suite and electronic
communications
- Able to lead discussions credibly
- Able to effectively negotiate claims resolutions,
- Previous exprience working with a diversifield work force, with good people skills
- Must be prepared to spend extended durations at the various contract work sites
- Possess good ability in data analysis and good in reporting
- Good communication and team working skills
- Knowledge of SAP System and Subcontract System is an advantage
- Must be fluent in english and be an effective communicator both orally and in witing
3. Assistant Planner
- Bachelor Degree or Diplomain any major
- At least 3 years experience in construction or oil & gas industry
- Previous industry experience within Project Controls planning position
- Must have detailed knowledge of and familiarity with manual and computerized project planning and scheduling techniques
- Effective / competent computerized systems skills
- Understanding of cost control, Estimating, change control, risk analysis and planning
4. IT Officer
- Minimum Diploma In Computer Science, Information technology or related disciplines
- At least 3 year experiences as IT Officer
Responbility :
- Provide and perform remedial user support on a daily basis in terms of general company IT equipment PCs, Laptop, printer, sofware and applications etc.
- Set up and maintain workstations, networked equipment and phone equipment
- Support and maintain IT infrastructure such as server, network, firewalls, switches, and routers
- Conduct testing installation, configuration upgrades and rollout of IT hardware and or sofware inventory
- Support in coordination and general administration of IT project.
5. HR Officer
- Bachelor Diploma or higher in any major
- At least 3 years experience in construction or oil & gas industry
- Having strong experience in recruitment process of contruction fabrication field
- Possess ability to make good report and good team player and independent
- Support in coordination and general administration of HR Dept
- Have good understanding about manpower Law and other related regulation in Indonesia
6. Document control / Asst Document control
- Minimum Diploma in any engeneering disipline
- At least 3 years experience in construction or oil & gas industry
- Experiences in managing documents {technical/drawing, legal document and others document}
7. Admin Assistant
- Minimum Diploma in any major or its equivalent
- At least 3 years exeprience in TMS and administration
- Knowledge of oracle system is an advantage
8. Port Master
- Minimum Diploma in any major or its equivalent
- At least 5 years experience in seaport activity
- Have good understanding about Port Rules/Regulation and other related
regulation in Indonesia
9.Chief Coordinator
- Minimum Diploma in any major or its equivalent
- At least 5 years experience in same position
- Have certificate and security membership card (KTA)
General Requirement;
- Bilingual in English and Indonesian & proficiency Ms Office Application
- Must be able to work independently or team work
- Good communication, having good leadership and analytical, excellent problem
solving & interpersonal skill
